Female Complex Carer required to support a gentleman with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) with limited mobility. The client is fully verbal and requires hands-on, clinically informed care with specialised equipment and support.
Clinical Care Responsibilities (Clinical Needs)
- NIV (Non-Invasive Ventilation)
- PEG care (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy)
- Cough assist
- Medication administration
- Catheter care
- MPS BLS
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of UK care experience
- No sponsorship required / no sponsorship available
Shift Pattern
- Monday – Sunday
- Days: 9am – 9pm
- Waking nights: 9pm – 9am
Training Induction
- Mandatory clinical training with the company nurse
- Shadow shifts required this week prior to independent shifts
Key Skills Attributes
- Confidence with complex care and clinical support
- Ability to follow care plans and NIV/PEG/cough assist procedures as trained
- Clear communication with a fully verbal client
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work across 7 days
