We are looking for an experienced Female Live-in Complex Care Support Worker to support a client in their own home in Epsom, Surrey.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 12 months’ UK care experience.
- Previous complex-care experience is essential.
- Experience with medication and INR monitoring.
- Understanding of Tamil/Kerala/Malayali culture and care preferences.
- Calm, reliable, organised, observant and compassionate.
- Confident following clinical guidance and escalation procedures.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Able to travel reliably to the placement.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
Desirable
- LVAD or heart-failure experience.
- Tamil-speaking ability.
- Experience with anticoagulation/INR, diabetes, neurological conditions or visual impairment.
