Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to hit revenue targets. Conduct regular training, role-play, and performance reviews. Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
Sales Process and Performance: Build and enforce a structured sales process. Train on scripts, objection handling, and closing strategies. Track conversion rates, close rates, and pipeline performance. Forecast sales performance and report results to leadership.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure alignment. Provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree preferred.
● 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
● Proven track record of building and leading sales teams.
● Strong communication and coaching skills.
● Experience in home services, construction, or roofing preferred.

Commute and Relocation: Ability to commute to the office required
