Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting experienced MIG Welders for a leading manufacturer within the commercial vehicle and engineering sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that offers stable, long-term work, excellent working hours, and a pay increase after successful completion of your probation period.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • Friday: 7:00am - 2:30pm
  • Early finish every Friday!

Pay Rate

£15.00 per hour rising to £15.50 per hour after 3 months

The Role

  • MIG welding a range of steel components and fabricated products
  • Producing high-quality welds in line with engineering specifications
  • Reading and working from technical drawings where required
  • Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
  • Working safely and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
  • Supporting production targets as part of a busy manufacturing team

What We're Looking For

  • Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Ability to work accurately and consistently to a high standard
