Team Leader HU7 Area of Hull Nights 4 on 4 off 6pm – 6am £14.74 per hour Summary of Responsibilities Ensures that the department operates to the correct working standard To ensure correct batch codes, use by dates and appropriate stock routines are followed and are appropriately recorded on the audit sheets and entered into the FOPS System Ensure correct stock rotation To visually appraise the product and if non-conformance\’s are noted, report these to senior Management / Technical immediately To guide and train new starters Ensure the companies hygiene policies are adhered too and maintained at all times. Ensure correct storage of the product in the area Supervise operatives on a day to day basis ensuring that performance, product quality, good housekeeping, discipline and safety standards are maintained. To ensure correct recording of KPI,.
