This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional who enjoys working closely with suppliers, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards are achieved throughout the supply chain.
The Role As a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer, you ll play a key role in maintaining and improving supplier performance, ensuring products consistently meet quality, delivery and compliance standards.
Working collaboratively with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams, you ll investigate supplier issues, conduct audits, support new product introductions and help build a resilient, high-performing supply chain.
Key Responsibilities Develop strong working relationships with suppliers.
Monitor supplier quality, cost and delivery performance.
Support supplier approval, onboarding and development activities.
Investigate supplier quality issues using tools such as 8D, 5 Why and Fishbone Analysis.
Conduct supplier audits and ensure corrective actions are completed.
