Pay Rates:

  • Days: £16.00 per hour
  • Nights: £20.00 per hour

Shift Patterns Available:

  • Days: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, with an early finish on Fridays
  • Nights: Monday to Thursday 5:00pm - 1:30am | Friday 4:30pm - 12:30am

Due to continued expansion and a strong forward order book, a leading modular construction manufacturer is seeking experienced Skilled Joiners to join its high-performing manufacturing team in Brandesburton. The business manufactures high-quality buildings for sectors including healthcare, education, residential and commercial projects nationwide.

The Role

You will play a key role in the production and finishing of modular buildings within a modern offsite manufacturing facility. Duties will include:

  • First and second fix joinery
  • Installation of flooring, roofing and partition systems
  • Fitting kitchens, doors, windows and internal finishes
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Quality checking completed work
  • Supporting continuous improvement and production targets

Skills & Experience

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Joinery/Carpentry preferred
  • Proven experience in joinery or modular construction
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in modular, caravan or offsite manufacturing beneficial
  • Own tools essential
  • Own transport required due to rural location
