This is a hands-on role where you'll become the key point of contact for both our client and agency workforce, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinating daily attendance and workforce planning
- Checking employee clocking reports and communicating any discrepancies to the Account Manager promptly
- Supporting and motivating agency staff on the shop floor
- Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
- Reporting production issues and operational delays
- Assisting with inductions and site training
- Working closely with supervisors and management to improve efficiency
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a supervisory or coordination role within food manufacturing (meat processing preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends to meet client and business demands
