Our client provides high-quality security solutions, including access control systems, CCTV, and security installations for commercial and residential clients. As they expand, we are looking for a skilled Installation & Service Engineer to join their team.

The Role:

We seek a proactive and skilled engineer to handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial projects. This is a field-based role requiring travel to various customer sites. The candidate will ensure all work meets high-quality standards and provides excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and service access control systems, CCTV, and security solutions
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, providing effective solutions
3. Complete all work to industry and company quality standards
4. Deliver excellent customer service and technical support
5. Maintain accurate records of work and system updates
6. Work independently and as part of a team
7. Adhere to health & safety regulations and company policies

What They’re Looking For:

• Experience installing and servicing CCTV and access control systems
• Full UK driving license (essential)
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and travel between sites
