This is an outstanding opportunity to move into a supervisory position, leading a team of five electricians while receiving the training and support needed to develop into a confident and capable manager. You do not need to have held a management position previously. We are looking for an experienced electrician who is ready to progress, take greater ownership and build a long-term career with a growing business.
The Role
As the Domestic and Commercial Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day work of five electricians, helping to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting a team of five electricians
- Coordinating daily workloads and allocating work
- Overseeing domestic and commercial electrical projects
- Monitoring workmanship, productivity and project progress
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant electrical and safety regulations
- Providing technical guidance and practical support to the team
- Communicating with customers, contractors and other stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving issues before they affect deadlines
- Helping to maintain consistently high standards across every project
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the electrical division
