Prestige Recruitment Specialists Hull are currently supporting one of our valued clients in their search for a dedicated Project Coordinator in the HU9 Area of Hull.
The company is a well-known Bathroom Manufacturer based in Hull, offering a full-time role for Maternity cover with working hours being Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (early finish Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer onboarding ensuring all customers fully adopt and understand our product and key milestones at the point of order to achieve a seamless project and delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to our clients and project manager.
- Coordinate project meetings, including preparation of agendas and minute-taking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for projects.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks related to project management, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a project coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
