Working hours: 4ON-4FF, 6AM-6PM – Day Shift

Cranswick Sutton Fields – HU7, Hull is looking to expand its team and is recruiting Production Operatives for the day shift on a 4on/4off basis.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, Cranswick Convenience Foods, located in Sutton Fields HU7, Hull. Our client is a leading UK food producer, supplying premium food products to high-profile UK grocers, the food service sector, and other UK and global customers. They are investing in market-leading technologies and infrastructure, ensuring efficient delivery to their customers. To support their expansion, they are offering immediate opportunities for full-time Production Operatives on a 4on/4off schedule. Ideal candidates are reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and hardworking, with potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assembling raw and cooked pork products into packaging, labelling, and packing
• Checking product quality on the line continuously
• Following work instructions and procedures accurately
• Meeting deadlines with enthusiasm and conscientiousness
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrating a proactive attitude to learning and development
• Adhering to high standards of Health and Safety
• Experience in the industry is advantageous but not essential
• Complying with Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times

We can offer:

• Day shift pay: £12.62 per hour
• Working hours: 6am to 6pm
• Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off
• Immediate starts following registration and induction
