We are currently looking for production Line leaders to join one of the UK's leading family-owned seafood businesses. Our work environment includes: Growth opportunities Lively atmosphere On-the-job training A range of benefits inclusive of overtime paid at time and a half, an attendance bonus, refer a friend schemes, and enhanced rates for skilled employees. Shift Patterns: Monday-Friday, 8am – 5:00pm Pay:£13.50 per hour Lead a team of operatives, ensuring full engagement and high performance at all times; Guarantee product quality standards are met without compromise; Ensure all raw materials, ingredients, packaging and labels are available to meet the production plan in full and on time; Minimise waste in all forms; Analysis and actioning of factory data and line performance information. About you: Good understanding of English language, written and oral; Excellent communication skills; Flexible and adaptable approach; Previous experience in a previous Team Leading position; Basic awareness of Food Hygiene. You must have previous experience of either working or being employed as a line operative within your current role/company. You'll be expected to be able to work across a variety of environments and you'll be provided with suitable personal protective equipment. The role is ideal for someone with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative, and looking to progress further up the management scale. Your communication skills will also need to be good in order both to understand technical cleaning requirements and also to report any issues as they arise in a clear manner.
