Prestige Recruitment Specialists is recruiting an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a growing business based in East Yorkshire. This is a 12-week temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering varied work across the local area and occasional projects elsewhere in the UK.
The role:
- Preparing surfaces by filling, sanding and cleaning
- Applying primers, undercoats and finishing coats
- Painting walls, ceilings, woodwork and other surfaces
- Completing decorating work to a professional standard
- Protecting surrounding areas and keeping sites clean
- Travelling between customer sites
- Occasionally working away across the UK
What we're looking for:
- Professional painting and decorating experience
- A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and occasionally work away
- Full UK driving licence
What's on offer:
- £16.00-£17.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Monday-to-Friday work
