What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing surfaces to the highest standard, including sanding, cleaning, and masking
- Mixing and applying 2-pack paints using professional spray equipment
- Producing high-quality, durable finishes on caravans and motorhomes
- Carrying out quality inspections and rectifying any paint imperfections
- Maintaining spray booths, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Working closely with production teams to meet build schedules and quality targets
- Following health and safety regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in 2-pack spray painting within automotive, industrial, or related fields
