Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting an experienced and dependable Semi-Skilled Operative to join a well-established and growing business within the modular, portable and leisure building industry. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on industry experience who enjoys practical work and can confidently support the build, refurbishment and installation of modular units. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where quality, safety and teamwork are key.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out semi-skilled assembly and refurbishment of modular and portable buildings
- Supporting the fit-out and finishing of units, both internally and externally
- Assisting installation teams with on-site setup and preparation when required
- Completing a variety of basic trade tasks, including:
- General carpentry
- Plumbing assistance
- Electrical support (non-qualified tasks)
- General repairs and maintenance
