The Role
Working on behalf of our client, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout a busy shopping centre. You will play an important role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning public areas including entrances, corridors, escalators, lifts, and restrooms
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors
- Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
- Cleaning glass surfaces, doors, and fixtures
- Responding promptly to spills and hazards
- Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to our client's on-site management team
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines
Candidate Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to commit to 32 hours per week, working 5 days with days off on Friday and Sunday
- Flexible to work either morning or afternoon shifts
