The Role
- Working as part of an experienced production team, you’ll assist in the construction and internal fit-out of high-quality modular buildings.
- Your duties will include:
- Internal fitting and finishing
- Installing doors, windows, flooring and fixtures
- Measuring, cutting and assembling materials
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Reading basic drawings and work instructions
- Working to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
- Supporting skilled joiners throughout the build process
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a semi-skilled joinery or manufacturing role
- Background in modular construction, caravans, shopfitting, fit-out or timber frame is advantageous
- Competent using hand and power tools
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
