Working hours: Monday to Friday 07.30 - 16.30

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a confident and motivated Junior Business Development Manager to support our business development team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building rapport, and playing a key part in generating new business opportunities within a supportive, family-feel environment and looking for a career within Business Development.

The Role

  • Proactively contact prospective clients to introduce Prestige Recruitment Specialists and our services
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Booking and attending appointments alongside senior Business Development Managers
  • Learning how to manage the sales process from initial conversation to agreement
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, meetings, and opportunities
  • Supporting marketing and lead-generation activities
  • Working closely with recruitment teams to understand client needs

About You

  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient, positive, and target-driven
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Driving Licence is essential
  • Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles is desirable
