Due to continued growth, we are looking for a confident and motivated Junior Business Development Manager to support our business development team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building rapport, and playing a key part in generating new business opportunities within a supportive, family-feel environment and looking for a career within Business Development.
The Role
- Proactively contact prospective clients to introduce Prestige Recruitment Specialists and our services
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Booking and attending appointments alongside senior Business Development Managers
- Learning how to manage the sales process from initial conversation to agreement
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, meetings, and opportunities
- Supporting marketing and lead-generation activities
- Working closely with recruitment teams to understand client needs
About You
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, positive, and target-driven
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Driving Licence is essential
- Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles is desirable
