The Role

We are currently recruiting Skilled and Semi‑Skilled Joiners to join a growing manufacturing team producing bespoke modular bathroom units and healthcare furniture. This is a full‑time temporary position, with the strong possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture and assemble bespoke modular units (e.g. bathroom pods, wash stations)
  • Work from technical drawings and specifications
  • Carry out bench joinery and assembly work in a factory environment
  • Ensure high standards of finish, quality, and accuracy
  • Work collaboratively with production and design teams
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

  • Joinery qualification or time‑served experience required
  • Driving licence and access to transport is preferred due to location
  • Proven experience in joinery (skilled applicants) or relevant construction/manufacturing experience (semi‑skilled applicants)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (skilled applicants)
  • Basic understanding of tools and materials (semi‑skilled applicants)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Experience with modular builds, furniture manufacturing, or fit‑out work
  • Experience in a factory or production environment
