Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of bespoke joinery work, including stairs, doors, window frames, and more
- Work on various projects across different sectors, ensuring precision and attention to detail in every task
- Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless joinery solutions for offices, hospitality spaces, and public sector work
- Review project specifications and work on-site to ensure a perfect fit and finish
- Provide exceptional service to clients, building long-term relationships based on trust and quality
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Joiner with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Expertise in bespoke joinery, with knowledge of timber products and their application
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- A reliable and professional attitude with excellent communication skills
- Own tools and transport (preferable but not essential)
