Role Includes:
- Conducting regular label and process control audits to ensure records are completed correctly
- Performing temperature checks on products, equipment, hand wash stations and environments
- Collecting samples for chemical, microbiological and quality testing
- Carrying out calibration checks and reporting any issues
- Completing pre-operational hygiene inspections before production
- Conducting GMP and factory audits to maintain food safety standards
- Monitoring the factory floor to identify and resolve potential quality issues
- Recording and reporting non-conformances and ensuring corrective actions are completed
- Performing quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Completing raw material intake checks to ensure products meet supplier standards
- Carrying out glass and hard plastic audits to prevent contamination risks
