Dispatch Operative - Nights
Hull | £12.71-£13.98 per hour
Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting for a computer-literate Dispatch Operative to join our client's team at a busy manufacturing site in Hull.
This role requires excellent attention to detail, confidence using computers and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced dispatch environment.
Your duties will include:
- Scanning product barcodes using a handheld device
- Entering details of the products loaded into each crate
- Producing and attaching the correct ticket to each crate
- Preparing shipment plans ready for dispatch
- Checking all information carefully to prevent errors
- Supporting the wider dispatch team when required
The ideal candidate will:
- Be confident using computers and handheld scanning devices
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be organised and methodical
- Be comfortable working independently and following processes
- Have previous dispatch, warehouse or manufacturing experience, although full training can be provided
Hours and pay:
Night shift: 4:15pm-2:00am
£12.71 per hour until 8:00pm
£13.98 per hour after 8:00pm
