They are appointing an experienced Cleaning Manager to oversee operations across a group of school sites in Hull. This is an important leadership role with responsibility for standards, people management, and day-to-day service delivery.
The Role
As Cleaning Manager, you will lead cleaning teams across multiple school locations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service at all times. You will work closely with site managers and other service teams, balancing hands-on operational oversight with team leadership and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing cleaning teams across several school sites
- Planning rotas and arranging cover for holidays and absences
- Monitoring cleaning standards through regular checks and audits
- Ensuring staff are trained and following safe working practices

About You
