The Role
As Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while establishing Prestige Recruitment Specialists as a trusted recruitment partner across the region. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, supported by experienced internal recruitment teams, enabling you to focus on winning new clients, building long‑term relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities across the region
