Shift Patterns Available:
- Days: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, with an early finish on Fridays
- Nights: Monday to Thursday 5:00pm - 1:30am | Friday 4:30pm - 12:30am

We are recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Operatives to support a busy modular manufacturing operation in Brandesburton. This role sits within a fast-paced production environment, supporting material movement and ensuring smooth workflow across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
- Moving materials across production and storage areas
- Supporting production teams with timely deliveries
- Loading and unloading materials where required
- Maintaining site safety and housekeeping standards
- Working collaboratively within manufacturing teams
What We're Looking For
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
- Reliable and hardworking approach
- Own PPE required (hard hat, goggles, gloves and workwear)
- Ability to travel to site independently due to rural location
