About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Administrator to join their team based in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to secure a long-term position within a supportive and professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase orders
  • Reconciling bank accounts and supplier statements
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Supporting month-end reporting and finance procedures
  • Liaising with internal departments, suppliers, and customers
  • General finance and administrative support as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience using accounting software

  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
