Our client has been developing a modernised ERP system since 2024 and is now approaching the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the business. These are key positions within the organisation, supporting the successful adoption, day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the new system. As an ERP Systems Superuser - Production, you will become the go-to person for Dynamics 365 within the Production and Manufacturing functions. You will work closely with colleagues across the business and the IT Business Analyst team, helping to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, support users and ensure the system is delivering what the operation needs. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related queries across Production and Manufacturing.
