This is a varied and rewarding role, split between marketing and events, offering the opportunity to make a real impact across the business.

You\'ll be responsible for promoting the Prestige Recruitment brand through digital marketing, social media, content creation and campaigns, whilst also planning and delivering networking events, exhibitions, careers fairs and community initiatives.

Working closely with the Directors and Recruitment teams, you\'ll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas, drive engagement and help grow our brand presence across Yorkshire and beyond.

This is a permanent, full-time position with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

The Role

  • Working across both marketing and events, your responsibilities will include:
  • Marketing
  • Managing and developing Prestige Recruitment's social media platforms.
  • Creating engaging content including graphics, photography, video and written copy.
  • Planning and scheduling marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Producing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Maintaining website content and company updates.
  • Monitoring campaign performance using analytics and reporting on key metrics.
  • Supporting recruitment consultants with marketing materials for clients and candidates.
  • Developing ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing activity.
  • Liaising with external suppliers where required.
  • Events
  • Planning, organising and attending exhibitions, networking events, careers fairs and recruitment events.
  • Coordinating Prestige Recruitment's attendance at local business events and community initiatives.
  • Organising internal company events and team activities.
  • Managing promotional materials, branded merchandise and exhibition stands.
  • Building relationships with local businesses, education providers and community organisations.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase Prestige Recruitment's visibility within the local business community.
  • Representing Prestige Recruitment professionally at external events.
  • The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be

  • An ambitious, proactive and creative individual.
  • Experienced within a marketing, communications or events role.
  • Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong copywriter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Knowledgeable in email marketing platforms and campaign creation.
  • Comfortable using analytics to measure campaign performance.
  • Experienced using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (desirable).
  • Skilled in photography and videography (advantageous).
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident working independently and as part of a wider team.
  • A full UK driving licence would be advantageous due to attendance at external events.

Previous recruitment industry experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
