We are recruiting for one of the UK’s leading modular building manufacturers offering long‑term opportunities within a well‑structured and professional production environment. This role will suit individuals with experience in modular construction, caravan production, shop fitting, joinery or manufacturing, as well as those looking to develop practical skills with full training provided.

What you’ll be doing:

Working as part of a production team, you will be involved in the assembly and build of modular units, contributing to different stages of the process from structure through to finish.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced Operatives
  • Background in modular, caravans, shop fitting or similar
  • Confident using tools in a production environment
  • Developing Operatives
  • Practical, hands‑on individuals willing to learn
  • Previous labouring or manufacturing experience beneficial
  • Full training provided

All candidates must:

  • Be reliable and committed
  • Own tools and PPE required (Safety hat, goggles, gloves, work attire)
  • Be able to travel to site independently
  • Ongoing work with a permanent position available on completion of 12 weeks
