Prestige Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver / Store Operative to join a busy manufacturing team at Cranswick Riverside. If you're reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
The Role
You'll play a key part in supporting production and packing operations while ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. Your duties will include:
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT to move finished goods around site
- Supporting packing line operations, including product feed and bagging
- Carrying out basic technical and quality checks
- Recording palletisation and transferring finished goods to the warehouse
- Capturing, segregating, and transferring waste for rework
- Following 'clean as you go' procedures and assisting with general site housekeeping
- Working to strict health, safety, and quality standards

- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Previous manufacturing experience
