Key Responsibilities Operating and monitoring production machinery Ensuring products meet quality standards Carrying out machine checks and basic troubleshooting Following all health and safety procedures Maintaining a clean and organised work area Reporting faults and production issues promptly Supporting the wider production team to meet production targets Candidate Requirements Essential: Extensive machine operating experience within a manufacturing or production environment Strong awareness of health and safety practices Good attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and hardworking attitude Desirable: Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence Shift Patterns Available 6:00am - 2:30pm 8:00am - 4:30pm Continental shifts (60 hours one week, 24 hours the next)
