We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team at one of our clients based HU15. This is a varied, hands-on role working within an indoor farming environment, with full training provided for the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities
- Pressure washing pens and farm buildings
- Tractor driving
- General farm duties
- Learning and operating feed systems
- Assisting with moving animals
- Carrying out daily animal welfare checks
About the Role
A large part of this role involves pressure washing, so it is physically demanding. We are ideally looking for someone who is strong, practical, and capable of working in a busy farm environment. Previous farming experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided. The most important qualities are reliability, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Working Hours
Typical hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm. Occasional earlier starts around 4:30am, with earlier finishes. Weekend work on an alternating rota.
