Role Description
Prestige Recruitment are delighted to be working once again with one of our long-standing and valued clients, who are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Part-Time Office Cleaner. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within a professional office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all areas are kept clean, tidy, and presentable to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors (including carpeted areas)
- Dusting and wiping desks, surfaces, and office furniture
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities
- Cleaning staff kitchen areas, including worktops, sinks, and appliances
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies where required
- Carrying out general cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic workplace
- Following health and safety procedures and cleaning schedules at all times
Areas to be cleaned include offices, meeting rooms, carpeted floors, desks, toilets, staff kitchen, and communal areas.
Role Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is essential (office or commercial cleaning preferred)
- Cleaning-related qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential
- A hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
- Punctual and dependable, with a professional approach to work
