Prestige Recruitment Specialists Hull are currently supporting one of our valued clients in their search for a Location Booking Coordinator. The company is a dynamic and industry-leading location hire agency. They coordinate location hires for a wide range of still photography and filming projects such as marketing, advertising, promotional, corporate, commercial, music videos and editorial purposes across many platforms.
The successful candidate will have strong social and communication skills. Be able to multitask, negotiate, mediate and problem solve to a high standard. Have excellent IT skills, some sales experience is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage location hire enquiries start to finish by liaising with clients by email and telephone to identify their selections or to source appropriate locations for their projects and correctly interpreting briefs.
- Creating and supplying documentation.
- Acting as the conduit between the location owner and client to refine the particulars of a hire.
- Diary and appointment management.
- Preparing and handling documentation and raising invoices.
- Post hire coordination to closure.
- Build and maintain new and existing relationships.
- Update databases and records primarily using Mac software and complete records.
- Manage your own workload effectively as well as part of a team.
