This well established and trusted provider located within the wilmslow area are recruiting for their Engineering Department. The team provide engineering reports for vehicles that have been damaged. They provide 1st class service to confirm the viability of repairs completing desktop reviews and reports.

The purpose of the role is to provide an audit and reporting facility to manage and control repair costs for a broad range of clients with a diverse portfolio of products. A focus on professional and high-quality customer service is a priority., * To manage work volumes and task control on all cases

  • Provide costs savings to a portfolio of clients.

  • Provide technical support where required within the business.

  • Ensure authorised repairs are compliant and in-line with repair guidelines.

  • Provide feedback to the network division on non-compliant repairers

  • To update internal systems for claims progression and operational understanding.

  • Be able to prioritise workloads and professionally deal with both telephone and email queries from staff and clients, within reasonable time limits.

  • Proven positive experience of working closely with repairers and clients

  • Competent in automotive estimate systems

  • Knowledge and experience of the commercial vehicle accident repair sector

  • Experience of resolving complex customer/repairer problems or complaints

  • Strong negotiating skills for rate agreement and delivery

  • Ability to prioritise and plan in response to customer/business drivers

  • Strong computer literacy skills
