Currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a team in a dynamic, mobile role operating across construction sites throughout the UK and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in manufacturing or construction who is looking for a varied, hands‑on position combining site‑based work with head‑office responsibilities.
The Role
- Operating a mobile roll form machine on construction sites across the UK and Ireland.
- The role will require regular travel and working away from home.
- Operating specialist roll forming machinery on‑site.
- Travelling to various project locations across the UK & Ireland.
- Working away approximately 3 weeks per month (all expenses paid).
- Representing the company professionally on client sites.
- When not on‑site, you will be based at the head office, undertaking a dual role including:
- Warehouse duties.
- Transport‑related tasks.
- Operating FLT equipment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a similar machine operator role, ideally within construction or manufacturing.
- Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence, including Reach Truck.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential for site travel).
- Willingness and flexibility to work away from home regularly.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
