We’re recruiting for an independent financial planning firm in St Helens that is looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join its growing team.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and tracking new business cases
- Chasing providers and platforms and escalating delays
- Submitting applications across pensions, investments, bonds and protection
- Processing pension and investment transfers
- Producing illustrations, quotations and comparisons for advisers
- Working closely with advisers and the wider team to keep cases moving
About You
- Must have Financial services administration experience
- Good understanding of FCA regulations
- Experience managing a new business pipeline or similar case-tracking process
- Ideally worked on Intelligent Office (IO) experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to chasing outstanding work
- The ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- An interest in progressing through CII qualifications
