Service Repair Coordinator

• Speak with customers B2C and B2B about initial problems with products/equipment, report the fault or repair and in the first instance try to resolve with the technical team

• Co-ordinting with engineers to book service appointments, managing their diaries to assign availability, sending out confirmed appointments

• Making sure that the engineer has all resources, and equipment available to complete the job on time

• Managing customer expectations at all times, dealing with a diverse range of customers from individuals to businesses

• Making sure all service visits are completed efficiently and to a very high standard, contact the customer to gain feedback

• Tracking work orders, producing quotations for further work needed

• Logging and inputting everything onto the CRM database

A reputable organisation located in the Knutsford area are recruiting for a Service and Repair Co-ordinator. The role is working Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5pm with an early dart on a Friday! You will be responsible for effectively planning and coordinating the schedules of field engineers to ensure the completion of repairs and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, must be organised and prioritse workloads as well as problem-solving., * Experience within a similar role of planning appointments, scheduling appointments, and service co-ordination

• Experience of co-ordinating with engineers, booking appointments for customers

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to prioritise and multitask, juggling workloads and knowing what is urgent and what isn’t
