Sales Order Processor! – Irlam
Looking for a detail-oriented, highly organised individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Looking for a Sales Order Processor to join a dynamic internal sales team! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient order management while supporting our valued customers and account teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process sales orders and manage the order book from start to finish.
- Coordinate with purchasing to confirm and communicate delivery dates to customers.
- Ensure order specifications and pricing are correct and proactively monitor delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare and issue quotations and sales forecasts.
- Track sales performance against budget and support the creation of sales budgets and projections.
- Follow up on annual contract and account visit actions, including pricing, logistics, and special projects.
- Manage sample requests, ensuring stock availability and timely responses.
- Process and resolve customer complaints, tracking outcomes to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide technical data and certification documents to customers as needed.
- Advise customers on Incoterms and export documentation such as EUR-1.
- Report directly to the Supervisor of Internal Sales and work closely with cross-functional teams.
