Sales Order Processor to support a busy sales office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company where your contribution makes a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately processing customer orders via our internal system
  • Preparing and sending quotes to customers in a timely manner
  • Proactively following up on outstanding quotes and enquiries
  • Liaising with customers over the phone and via email, providing exceptional service
  • Ensuring all order information is recorded accurately and kept up to date
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar sales administration or order processing role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Comfortable using internal systems and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Monday – Friday, full-time all office-based

Salary £25,000-£27,000 DOE
