Working closely with our Business Development Managers, you will play a key role in driving branch sales growth, managing customer relationships, and converting opportunities into profitable business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and is motivated by achieving KPIs and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Speak with customers daily, providing product advice, quotations, and excellent customer service
- Process sales quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Proactively follow up on quotations to maximise conversion rates and secure new business
- Work closely with Business Development Managers to identify and develop sales opportunities across the branch
- Expedite customer and supplier orders, resolving any issues relating to returns or non-conforming products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Support the wider sales team with administrative and sales coordination activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Consistently deliver outstanding customer service aligned with company values
- Proven experience supporting and driving sales growth
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Must have experience in wholesale and electrical
