Looking for a Sales Coordinator, Internal Sales Executive, Sales Administrator, or Sales Order Processor who is looking for their next challenge within the electrical wholesale sector. Seeking a driven and commercially focused Sales Coordinator to join a growing team. Working closely with our Business Development Managers, you will play a key role in driving branch sales growth, managing customer relationships, and converting opportunities into profitable business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and is motivated by achieving KPIs and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Speak with customers daily, providing product advice, quotations, and excellent customer service
  • Process sales quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Proactively follow up on quotations to maximise conversion rates and secure new business
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers to identify and develop sales opportunities across the branch
  • Expedite customer and supplier orders, resolving any issues relating to returns or non‑conforming products
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records
  • Support the wider sales team with administrative and sales coordination activities
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Consistently deliver outstanding customer service aligned with company values
