We’re working with a well‑established financial services firm in Chester who are looking to add a Financial Services Administrator to their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with industry experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
You’ll support Advisers and Paraplanners with a range of pre‑sales and administrative duties, including:
- Preparing client documentation
- Obtaining valuations and quotes
- Maintaining back‑office systems
- Ensuring client records are accurate and up to date
You’ll also liaise with clients and providers, manage diaries, and assist with general office administration.
