Roles to assist the team:

Input charities and new vendors to S4 after the buyers have completed necessary checks

Converting lower value requisitions into purchase orders

Maintenance of vendor list, new vendor report.

Expediting orders, updating delivery dates within the system and booking in deliveries.

VIM assistance, chasing receipts with requisitioners, triaging queries and working with accounts to resolve invoicing issues.
The ideal candidate would have some previous experience working in purchasing.
