An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a growing and well-established financial planning firm in North Wales.
This role would suit someone with IFA, wealth management or financial planning administration experience who is looking to join a professional team and build a long-term career within financial services.
The Role
Working closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the client journey, including:
- Processing new business and liaising with providers and platforms
- Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
- Preparing documentation for client reviews
- Providing day-to-day support to Advisers and Paraplanners
- Ensuring administration is completed accurately and in line with compliance requirements
About You
- Previous financial services administration experience
- Ideally from an IFA, wealth management or financial planning background
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Professional communication and client service skills
- Motivated to develop within financial services
