- Dealing with Freehold and leasehold, sales, purchase and new builds
- Remortgages, plot sales, transfers of equity and declaration of trust
- Landlord and tenant work, leasehold extensions, enfranchisement and shared equity
- Granting, assignment and acquisition of business leases
