Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first and main point of contact for new and existing customer enquiries
- Manage a varied caseload of post‑sales enquiries and complaints from start to finish
- Use the CRM system to accurately log, track, and resolve cases
- Handle complex and technical aftercare queries, ensuring fair and balanced outcomes
- Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to investigate issues
- Arrange replacements, parts, and product claims where necessary
- Accurately place replacement orders and update internal systems (Sage / Magento)
- Identify recurring issues and feed insight back to management and other departments
- Contribute to improving processes, communication, and the overall customer experience
- As the team grows, support and mentor new starters
- Assist with onboarding and training
- Potential involvement in the recruitment process, including interviewing and selection
- Progress into supervising the customer service function and setting service standards
