Remote role – with occasional travel, close to Shrewsbury. Looking for a Junior Data Administrator to join a friendly, growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong administrative or customer service background who enjoys working with data and is keen to develop their skills and progress within the role over time. You’ll play a key part in supporting our charity clients and marketing partners, helping ensure data is accurate, compliant, and used effectively to improve campaign performance and profitability.

You don’t need to be an Excel expert from day one – what matters most is a good working knowledge of Excel, a willingness to learn, and a keen eye for detail. If you’ve used pivot tables or VLOOKUPs before, that’s a bonus, but it’s not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the go‑to person for operational queries from charity clients and marketing companies
  • Manage day‑to‑day tasks, including data imports and exports, invoice checks, compliance, and digital forms
  • Ensure all data obligations are met for clients and marketing partners
  • Work closely with the Data & New Business Operations Manager to improve processes and support change management
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends (e.g. fail and reject rates) to help improve profitability
  • Review campaign finances weekly, including sales sign‑off, invoicing, rejects, true‑ups, and overall performance
  • Produce weekly and monthly data reports, checks, and trend analysis
  • Provide general data and administrative support to the wider team as required
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in administration, data administration, or customer service
  • Comfortable working with Excel and data‑heavy spreadsheets
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • An analytical mindset and confident working with numbers
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a wider team
Working Arrangements & Travel
  • This is a fully remote role, working from home
  • The team meets up every two weeks for a coffee in Shrewsbury
  • Quarterly travel to our London head office (all expenses paid)
  • Attendance at 2 out of 2‑4 marketing events per year (Friday/Saturday). Time off in lieu is provided
  • Monday – Friday 9am -5pm – Remote position – Close to Shrewsbury

Salary £27,500 after 6‑month probation increases to £30,000. Excellent benefits package.
